Is there a Membership fee?

No, Freelance professionals (solo barbers, manicurists, hairstylists, and massage therapists), barbershops, salons, Massage and Spa can join CZORS for free.

Can I set my own schedule?

Yes. You have full control over your availability. You can set working hours, days off, and holidays in advance to match your personal schedule.

How do cancellations work?

Customers may cancel appointments; however, 50% of the service fee is non-refundable for late cancellations.Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 14 days.We encourage clients to reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid cancellation charges.

How long does approval take?

Applications are reviewed promptly. Most professionals are approved within a few days.

What services can I offer?

You can list all grooming and wellness services you are qualified to perform.

How do I get paid?

Freelancers receive payouts twice monthly — every 15th and 30th — through bank or e-wallet(G-cash, Paymaya).

Can I work part-time?

Absolutely. CZORS welcomes both part-time and full-time professionals. You can accept bookings based on your availability and grow at your own pace.

Do I need a shop?

No. Freelance professionals (solo barbers, manicurists, hairstylists, and massage therapists) can operate without a physical shop.You may provide services from your home or mobile setup, as long as you maintain proper equipment, hygiene standards, and a professional environment.

Can I accept tips?

Tips are optional and entirely at the client’s discretion.
