What is CZors?
CZors is a platform that connects customers with professional freelancers offering grooming, beauty, and spa services. Customers can easily discover nearby professionals, compare services, and book appointments online.
How can I join Czors as a service provider?
To join CZors, simply complete the freelancer registration form and submit your professional details, services, and sample work. Our team will review your application before listing your profile on the platform.
How do customers book my services?
Customers can browse available services on CZors and select a professional based on their location, services offered, and availability. Once they find the right service provider, they can book an appointment directly through the platform.
How do I get paid?
CZors does not hold or process customer payments. Customers can book their preferred hairstylist, barber, salon, or spa service through the platform at no cost. The full payment is made directly to you onsite after the service is completed.
How do customers book my services?
Customers can browse available services on Czors and select a professional based on their location, services offered, and availability. Once they find the right service provider, they can book an appointment directly through the platform.
How does Czors collect the booking fee?
CZors allows customers to book services for free. As a platform, we apply a 10% booking fee per completed transaction, which is billed to freelancers or service providers on a monthly basis.
For example, if a service costs ₱70, the booking fee collected is ₱7.
What happens if I do not show up for my appointment?
If you’re unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule in advance. This helps service providers manage their time and accommodate other customers.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes. Customers may cancel their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
What if the service provider cancels the appointment?
If the service provider needs to cancel, you will be notified as soon as possible. You may choose to reschedule your appointment or book another available provider on CZors.
As a gesture of goodwill, affected customers may receive priority rebooking assistance or special discounts on their next appointment.
We encourage all providers to give advance notice to avoid inconvenience and ensure a smooth experience for customers.
